I caught myself rushing while on a break yesterday .. I didn’t have much time for my daily walk, and it felt like something that I still tried to squeeze in, but the rushing was defeating the whole purpose.

Mindfulness: What I have discovered
I’d been in constant striving mode .. repeatedly looking for an external source of fulfilment .. the grass always seemed greener elsewhere. This striving pattern was accompanied by feelings of restlessness simmering in the background ...
