Rima was the best teacher I could imagine. With her calm and mindful way of appreciating life, nature and all living beings, she taught the group the best tips and practices to go through the day mindfully - noticing and experiencing the pleasant moments that our life has to offer.

Working as a senior manager for an international corporation, being a father of 3 with numerous time-consuming hobbies and interests, I probably loaded my daily agenda a little bit too much.

I participated in an 8-week MBSR course in January-March 2022 taught by Rima. Having had minimal experience with meditation and mindfulness, I was curious to engage with mindfulness in a structured, supervised manner.
