Orientations


These vary in length depending on your needs, and take between 1 to 3 hours.

Orientation sessions are a great starting point for those exploring ways to introduce mindfulness to their organisation.

They provide an opportunity to untangle the puzzle about what mindfulness is (and is not!), explore the science, and invite participants to experience the key mechanisms that strengthen attention and emotional regulation.

Orientations can be adapted to any group size.

They are especially suited for your middle & upper management, who would like to get a ‘taste’ for mindfulness.

‘Mindfulness for Resilience’


This 6-week course is experiential in nature, allowing participants to deeply explore the mechanisms at play over an extended period of time.

Intentionally shorter (1,5 hours x 6), compared to the standardised 8-week mindfulness courses (e.g. MBSR, MBCT), this course makes attendance more accessible for participants.

The content is drawn from the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum (Jon Kabat-Zinn) and ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ (Mark Williams, Danny Penman) curriculum.

Typically held in a smaller group setting of up to 16 people.
