Essential Yoga Foundation and Techniques - Weekends Intensive

A program created to deepen your personal practice and to get you ready to teach creative and transformative yoga classes. The training is hybrid and modular, providing 45 hours of online content, 160 hours of in-person training, and a 4-day full intensive at Dom Aurora.
