We are creating awareness about how mindfulness can be accessible to everyone, and how regular practice can support wellbeing and resilience.
Join us on Sunday May 17 for this fundraising community event.
Consider sponsoring, Rima & Zeynep, who will be your guides for the day! They will be walking the entire 5K!
Join our Mindful Mile walk this spring in the green Prater area of Vienna, along the tree-lined Hauptallee.
You are invited to walk 5k with the first mile (1,6 k) walking together mindfully, perhaps paying attention to the physical sensations as you walk or by taking in the scenery enroute.
You are free to join this event for the whole 5K walk, part of the route or to come along for the initial mile.
This community event is suitable for everyone (big & small), who would like to experience a mindfulness practice ‘on the go’ by awakening the senses! So, consider bringing your families along!
This event is a collaboration with Oxford Mindfulness who is launching a series of fundraising mindful walks in different cities.
