We are creating awareness about how mindfulness can be accessible to everyone, and how regular practice can support wellbeing and resilience.
Join us on Sunday May 18 for this community event.
Consider sponsoring, Rima & Zeynep, who will be your guides for the day! They will be walking the entire 5K!
Join our Mindful Mile walk in Vienna this spring along the city’s historic boulevard, Ringstrasse.
You are invited to walk 5k with the first mile (1,6 k) walking together mindfully, perhaps paying attention to the physical sensations as you walk or by taking in the beautiful scenery enroute.
You are free to join the event for the whole 5K walk, part of the route or to come along for the initial mile.
Take this opportunity to slow down while exploring Vienna’s sights through a fresh lens. You may be surprised by what you notice :-)
This community event is suitable for everyone (big & small), who would like to experience a mindfulness practice ‘on the go’ by awakening the senses! So, consider bringing your families along!
This event is a collaboration with Oxford Mindfulness who is launching a series of fund-raising mindful walks in different cities.
