Join Abbie and Rima for an afternoon of peace, presence, and connection — a time to witness nature’s changing colours and its gentle art of letting go.
The Maurerwald, a hidden gem of the Vienna Woods, offers quiet paths and rich beauty you’ll love exploring.
We’ll begin with a 90-minute mindful walk, merging our moving bodies with the rhythm and senses of the forest, pausing along the way to share a few poems. Afterwards, we’ll gather over a hot drink at a nearby Heuriger, sharing reflections and conversation.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, hopeful, and connected — with simple practices you can carry into everyday life.
This event is a collaboration with Gratitude Buddies - a platform for mindful networking, and a space where gratitude and skills are shared.
