This free session gives you the opportunity to learn more about the upcoming ‘Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction’ course scheduled between 02 April - 21 May 2024.
The session takes place online and will be experiential in nature, to give you ‘a taste’ of what mindfulness is and its many benefits.
You will be guided through the structure and set-up of the programme, our current promotion with Gratitude Buddies, and have the chance to ask questions.
